We had an amazing sales rep named Larry. He was very professional, thorough, explained everything so we understood it, took his time, and never pressured us to buy windows. The measurement crew was very good as well. The installers were very nice, took time and effort to clean up after, and explained how the windows worked. The call center communicated frequently throughout the entire process as well. Our previous windows were old and heat would come through very noticeably. The new windows made an immediate difference in the heat transfer compared to the old ones. We will buy more windows from Hansons in the future.

The windows are exactly what we wanted. Everyone contacted us promptly and they were very professional. It was a little more than we expected but the customer service and the end product were worth it. They cleaned up after they were done and were careful of our flowers and etc when doing the work. Salesman was very thorough with the explanation of products and procedures. Turnaround time from the first meeting until installation was a fast 2 weeks. Communication with Hanson representatives from all sides were very friendly and took care of me through the entire process. The products they offer seem to be of high quality and the fact they have the "Hanson Lifetime Guarantee" gives me peace of mind.

Hanson's came out and installed new gutters on our garage. The crew consisted of 3 men. They confirmed the job to be done and went right to work. We also had gutter guards installed. They were precise and very time efficient. Job well done.

the guys did a very good job and keep the work are clean. they went over on how the windows work and how to clean. the new slider works so nice. can't here the traffic when it goes by. I will make sure that I will let everyone how the good job did.
