CL Ward has excellent customer service. Their whole team worked so well, together, to coordinate with me and my busy family. We now have a wonderful and large new picture window to enjoy our beautiful scenery. The job was scheduled to my convenience, and the team arrived on time, and always took their shoes off before entering my house. I never had to ask them to do that. They kept the door closed, behind them, and put protective sheets on my floors, everywhere. They vacuumed up their own mess, which, as a busy woman, I really appreciated the care to such small detail. The interior trim was touched up, professionally, and siding on the exterior was trimmed and refinished, and you would never know the window was installed 40 years after the house was built. The work crew were polite and neat in appearance. They were all respectful and courteous. John was especially helpful with making sure I was satisfied with the workmanship! I most certainly will recommend CL Ward to everyone. I will call them for my next project!

We recently had an Anderson pictue window installed by the professional folks at C & L Ward. The did a great job and we are very happy with the results! They matched our existing windows perfectly.
