I called Bruce with what I thought was a roof leak. I was very worried about the water dripping from my bedroom ceiling. Bruce came out in the pouring rain to check it out and put mind at rest. It turned out to be a siding issue that had nothing to do with his company. When the rain stopped and the leak was able to be properly sealed he came right back and made the repair. In a day and time where people try to take advantage of you, I am thankful for Bruce and his staff. I called him for a quote for insulation at my parent's home and he did a wonderful job from start to finish. He was prompt, courteous, and more importantly on time. He did an inspection of the home and made suggestions that would give me more bang for my buck. Bruce did not try to sell me products that I did not need, nor did he try to persuade me against getting another quote to compare prices. I was updated throughout every step of the install of the insulation. I am please to say that the house is warmer and my parents are very please with his services.
