Grennan Construction has performed service and repairs on my roof for a number of years. Fred is professional, honest, and a class act. He has never tried to sell me something that I don't need and is helping me get the most out of my aging roof. When it's time to reroof my home Grennan will be the only call I'll need to make!

(DONT PAY AND THEY SUB THERE WORK OUT) Grennen construction looks down on woman working on there jobs even the company subs out all there work. They won't even let a girl hand out tools or clean up the yards. But most of all they dont pay there sub completelys they have do the work. They never have all the right Material delivered on the job And nothing is their fault it's always a sub contractors Fault They will tell the customer What they wanna hear To keeping good standings with them but yet blame everything on a sub contractor That doesn't even have the Work order to the next job yet So by the time the sub contractor gets there the homeowner is already frustrated Because so much time has gone by.

This company is very organized and does great work. They have good leadership and it shows in the repair work they do for their clients. After my recent positive experience with them, I would refer Grennan Construction to anyone needing to do roofing, siding, painting, window, gutters etc..

Fred is great! Trustworthy and very reliable. We got some work done on our roof and in our attic for a fair price. When we were concerned about a board pulling up and making a bulge in the roof after they had fixed the problem, Fred offered to send someone out to look at it, and fix it up free of charge! Quality service.

Super quick response to phone call request. We were having trouble getting contractor to come out for a small repair. Good follow through with scheduling. Good quality workmanship on chronic, difficult leaks. Professional throughout!
