Unbelievable. At first it seemed all good. A guy talked with me over the phone and gave an estimate and was going to stop by and measure and then order the new window. Then I didn't hear a thing for two weeks. I called...no response, again, again, again, Then I got someone to answer about 10 days of leaving up to 4 different messages. Got a name and he was going to call me. Heard nothing. Now I am right back to trying to actually get someone to call me back...and the days just keep on passing. I truly do not understand how a service company can exist who is so unbelievably bad with customer service. I wanted to rate this 1 star, but I never saw their actual work. [update] The guy did call me back...finally...but too late as I already contracted with another company that responded the same day and showed up the next and is ordering the window already.
