Hinkle did an excellent job on my roof and the job was completed sooner than I expected. Several of my neighbors have given me compliments on my roof as well as the quality of service. We need new windows and I will definitely be purchasing them from Hinkle. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs!!

Setting up a time for a roof inspection was a smooth and easy process. The folks at Hinkle were courteous and helpful. The inspection took place one day after my original phone call and I received a written report shortly after. I highly recommend Hinkle Roofing.

Called over a week ago and was told that a representative would call me shortly to set up an appointment to get a quote. Still have not gotten a call. I gave 2 stars because at least the woman I spoke to was very polite while taking my information and apparently placing it in the trash or other equally useful location.

I have a dining room bay window with a copper roof that three other local roofers did not want to deal with because it's much easier to work with asphalt than sheet metal I guess. The Hinkle crew arrived on time, removed the old flashing and custom cut, bent, and installed new step flashing - a much better job than was done when the house was built 20 years ago. It's obvious these guys know sheet metal and how to work with it.

After five months, our roof still leaks. Our metal roof was installed by Hinkle 4 years ago and began leaking, causing ceiling damage. It took a great deal of time and effort on our part, including contacts with the owner. I also believe that Hinkle has corrected the internal problems that led to poor communication and initial lack of action on their part. All of our recent calls and concerns have been addressed promptly and considerately. But the roof still leaks and after six months of trying we have been bounced back to the original subcontractor and nice as he is, he seems to be repeating what Hinkle already tried. Meantime my ceiling is falling in, house smells of damp and my husband's health is suffering. Update: seems to be fixed but havent had a lot of wet weather Jun10 2019 update Water pouring in again. Different spot same line. Will start making calls today to see about yet another fix
