Poole’s Construction is the most professional, honest, and hard working roofing crew I have ever dealt with. Joe and his crew arrived promptly at 7:45 am. They work full days, together as a team and they stay on the job until it’s done. No worries about them disappearing for another job. We are extremely happy with our experience with Joe Poole's Construction Company. Our 20 year old house needed to have the roof covering replaced. Mr. Poole came out, inspected the house, and prepared an estimate. His estimate was at least $2,000 lower than the next lowest estimate. The quality of the work and materials was A#1, and was completed as proposed in a timely manner. We do not hesitate in recommending him to anyone who requires this type of home repair.

Joe Poole uses quality Certainteed Landmark Pro shingles, these come in great colors too. Joe and his crew are polite and professional. After receiving estimates from the top 5 rated roofing companies in Jackson, MI we made the choice to go with Poole’s Construction and could not be happier with the choice we made. Every company/company rep that put in their bid was competitive in pricing, but Joe Poole’s knowledge, experience and straightforwardness really stuck out. Unlike the other companies that came out to make a bid, Joe was THE GUY that was going to be on my roof crossing the T’s and dotting the I’s making sure everything was done properly and to his standard.
