Very nice company great service they did a great job

NEVER NEVER EVER WILL I USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! We had our flat roof completely redone using Energy Shield, Inc. 3 days after it was completed it started leaking again. So we called the company back and were shocked as they were actually giving us a hard time about coming back out after spending $5000 or more on new roof. 3 years later we have been experiencing leaks again. The water was coming in so heavy it was causing structural damage so we applied a small patch and multiple tarps to try and stop the leaks. We called Energy Shield back out and again were given a hard time. This time their repair man came out and found multiple cracks and holes and filled them with caulk? while stating there was nothing wrong with the roof? He also cut out chunks of the roof to show the thickness while leaving giant holes to be caulked again. We were then referred to his boss Karl Fritzinger (Operations Manager) who refused to honor our 10 year warranty and now we are stuck with a leaky roof and a fantasy warranty that was never backed. I hope someone else doesn't make the same mistake we did. Thank you for reading
