Great Job! Very professional company with an excellent crew. Came out in below zero temps to do a doorwall. They were actually early, finished on time, installation was fabulous, and did a great job with cleanup. Brandon came out for the follow-up that same night, and went over everything with a fine tooth comb. Power Home will be replacing all our windows, and I would highly recommend them! Update as of 6/20/19: We are almost done with our window project (4 more left to go)! We have gotten the den, master bedroom, laundry room, a bathroom, and bay kitchen window done since our first project in January. The products continue to be stellar. But more importantly, the company is so great to work with. Brandon Parsons (our "go-to person") has been nothing but helpful in helping us make this project affordable and still done in a timely manner. The installers are on time, work quickly and efficiently and do a great job cleaning up. Follow-up is also quick and we've had no problems after. Will continue to recommend them!

Power home remodeling is a great company. We got our room, gutters and attic done with a reasonable price. Associates were very professional and answers all our questions. They are very flexible and work around your schedule. Materials they used are high quality. I definitely recommend them if you want your roof,gutters and attic done right.

Not sure how great their workmanship actually is but the customer service so far has been terrible. I am the project director for a real estate company. Our company owns a lot of rental homes. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate this morning at 10am. After no one showed up by 10:30 I left for another appointment I had at 11. I received a call a little after 10:30 letting me know someone would be there by 10:48. I told them I already left and couldn't make it. The guy then proceeded to tell me that he couldn't reschedule until the actual owner of the home was there with me even though I'm the one that decides what contractors we hire. It's like he was doing everything he could to not earn our business. Not a great way to get customers. Update to owner's response: I think their response is total BS. The appointment that they were almost an hour late for on Friday was not scheduled with the owner of our company and myself, it was only scheduled with one of us. This is simply just a sales tactic to avoid an objection from the owner saying they need to talk to their spouse or business partner first before making a decision. I made it clear no decision would be made the day of the appointment and that the owner was out of town for a week. The work needed to be done asap. Luckily we found a company that was on time for their appointment and understood our situation. Please don't make excuses for your mistakes.

Update 6/4/19: I meant to post this last year and just got side tracked. We ended up adding on the roof following the installation of our siding. I thought we would get the same quick communication but not exactly. Not bad and trying to be understanding as it was Labor Day weekend. Our project manager was on vacation and it wasn't relayed to us. He did get back in contact almost a week later and told us he was on vacation. It would've been nice to have a backup or let us know he would've been away. So, minor but a little annoying. Also, we expected someone to follow up as quickly as they did to check satisfaction after our siding was completed. Crickets... I'm guessing because there was 1. Nothing else to sell us, and 2. We had already written the review. The review which was written as the gentleman sat at the table waiting for us to finish writing it. That seemed a little pushy but I did have great things to say and I get the marketing strategy. I thought about writing this as we have recently discovered a leak in the ceiling of our covered porch. I will add that the roof, approx 2000 sq ft of roof coverage I believe, was completed after I left for work and well before getting home. Hopefully their quick turnaround didn't affect quality of installation! I will follow up with results! 7/2018: Great communication from start to finish! Wonderful products and fast installation. Had 5 quotes to check industry standard, and prices are well within expectations. Great experience and would recommend to anyone! Example photo is of the back of the house.

Roof isn't completed yet but they showed up on time and worked diligently on the roof. Everything looks good. I am completely happy so far.
