Got a quote from them to come out and redo my roof and fix some siding. Damage was done from a hail storm so insurance was paying for everything. Every date and time I was given was incorrect. They just showed up randomly and I had to come home from work. The roof was finished but the siding never got done. After numerous phone calls and emails which went unanswered I found out the people I was working with got fired and no one thought to follow up. 3 months later and a couple phone calls from the owner they never actually came out to finish the job and I eventually gave up. I regret not informing the insurance company about it. I have been letting everyone with roof issues know not to use them since.
