1st Choice Remodeling is one of the best experiences we have had with any contractor. They were exceptional communicators and handled everything promptly and professionally. We hired 1st Choice to install fascia and soffits, after completing the job they notified us that our roof had wind and hail damage. We submitted a claim to our insurance and 1st Choice took care of the rest. If you are looking for a reliable contractor look no further.

Brett and Matt were fantastic to work with. Very reasonable price and we were really impressed with the results of our new windows! They were prompt to answer any questions or concerns we had. What was really important to us is that we felt very comfortable having them in our home, even when we couldn’t be around. We felt like they were honest and trustworthy, which you don’t always find. I hired 1st Choice to install new windows, gutters and roof. Brett was easy to work with on scheduling the work to be done and it began on the date we set. He frequently visited during the work to ensure the crews had what they needed and to ask if I had any questions. Each of the crews were friendly and respectful. They worked quickly and cleaned up continuously while doing the work. The quality of the installations is outstanding and Brett inspected each one to insure they met his standards. 1st Choice will be my first and only phone call if I ever need this type of work again.

1st Choice Remodeling replaced our roof in 2014. The process went seamlessly, with 1st Choice completing the job on schedule with quality materials that were installed fully to our satisfaction. Brett and his team directed us to a product that is both durable and much more attractive than our prior roof. Subsequent to the roof being installed, we experienced water issues on the ceilings in several areas of our home. Brett demonstrated the quality of service he provides by repeatedly coming to our home, and investigating the issue involved. In short, none of the water problems related to the roof integrity. All problems were linked to other moisture issues with the home. Despite this being the cast, Brett consistently made the effort to investigate and ultimately resolve any issue without any additional charges from 1st Choice. Brett and his crew were wonderful to work with. He was professional, courteous, and kept us apprised as to the progress of our roofing project every step of the way.
