Very nice and respectful on the phone, but the other guys comment makes me skeptical so I guess we will see what happens.

Honestly one star is too much. This is an absolute joke of a business. I hired this company to do some work at my house. I asked for a bid. 3 weeks later I still didn't have one. At that point they gave a verbal bid. I then asked for a contract. 4 more weeks of promises and lies and I still had nothing. What a waste of time. Tom is very convincing when you speak to him but he delivers nothing that he promises. He doesn't answer his phone. He doesn't return voicemails. He doesn't return texts. 7 weeks wasted!! Did I mention this is an absolute JOKE of a business?
