We heard of Reasonable Contracting through Facebook. he messaged me about a fence we had wanted to get some estimates on. Brian came by on March 14th to take a look at the property to give us an estimate and said he would have an estimate for us ASAP. It was April 22nd when we finally recieved the estimate. We were late to our appointment so we shrugged off the fact that he basically threw a number at us and out the door he went. He told up that our fence would be installed the following week. when the following week came it was raining and so when we didnt hear from him we just assumed the next week they would be out there. he let me know on the 30th that the rain messed with schedule. I then messaged him May 11th to see when they were thinking as the fence still was not installed and never got a response. His men came the following morning to plot the land and on the 12 they came and dropped off all the material and left. The material sat in our yard until the 29th when they FINALLY put in the fence. Now I understand we had some bad weather in may but not only was there no communication about the delays, there were beautiful weekends the work could have been done. Then when they did install it they hurried through putting it in. The latches are on the wrong sides, some of the panels grew fungus from sitting in our yard for a week while it rained, there are a ton of gaps for our dogs to escape through, and they did a hack job on one of the panels. I told him I wanted it fixed and he once again told me he would come and look asap and then it took over a week for his men to come and fix the panel but they left everything else. They sent me a final invoice and the only reason I paid it was because I never want to have to deal with them again. Then after I left a review on his Facebook page, he called me a three year old and told me I must not understand English well (I think as a jab at my partner due to him being hispanic) and continued to belittle me after I ended the conversation. After all that he then made all reviews private so nobody could see. So no I would never recommend them. EVER.
We contracted Reasonable Contracting LLC to replace the retaining walls at our home in Red Wing this spring (2018). We are extremely happy with both the quality of work and the employees who were always polite and cleaned up the site each night as they finished. One of the best contractors we've worked with!
Brian and crew did 28 roofs in our townhome assoc.9 months ago. Brian's pricing, attention to detail, friendly hard working crews and over and above kindness to our senior citizen residents will forever be appreciated. I would recommend Brian Furlong and Reasonable Contractors to anyone.
They had Bauer seamless gutters do our gutters. Very happy with them, pricing wasn't bad and they were super easy to work with!
They didn't return my call.
