Tom, our salesperson was great. He walked us through the entire process of our bathroom remodel and was always just a text/phone call away when we had any questions - which we had a lot of! When the work began, Rod and his crew were polite, respectful - even to Max the cat. They did a great job and cleaned up every evening before leaving.
