I found that Trinity Exteriors to be very thorough and professional. They kept me informed about everything that was to take place, their crew(s), were very professional and respectful. We submitted a request for a quote and received a quick and professional response. Kevin came out to measure and discuss the work we were looking to have done.. A couple weeks later I had not heard anything back so I contacted Lori in the office who had originally scheduled my appointment. She responded promptly but from an different "do not respond" email address saying she would get in touch with Kevin right away. That was about 6 weeks ago and we have heard nothing since.

Pete with Trinity exteriors was amazing. Our project went smooth from start to finish working with him. He was there every step of the way to make sure this job was taken care of as discussed. He even handled discussions with our insurance company and was available to us when questions came up. We have worked with other contractors in the past and this was by far the best experience we have had. I will definitely be using Pete and Trinity exteriors again for future projects.

I have used Trinity exteriors twice now. Both for rental properties I own and I will be using them again this spring for my personal home. The fact that I keep using them should be enough to convince you they are the best. Their communication is amazing, never was I left to wonder what was going on with the project. Since the very beginning they were responsive, courteous and professional. They did all the communicating to the insurance company. All I had to do was pick out the colors of my roof and siding! It was smooth stress free. Their install crews were top notch as well!
