First off, I created a Google account just because I am passionate enough to write this review. I wish i could give 0 stars. Little to no professionalism, horrible to communicate with (constantly avoided and did not return calls) and never even finished the project I paid for. I would highly recommend exploring other options before hiring this company.

My wife and I had Jeff complete our roof about 4 years ago. He's done windows, roofing, and interior work for my parents - all with great results. The roof job went fantastic as well. Good price and excellent workmanship. This year with the bad winter I had noticed some water in the attic and was concerned. I called Jeff Superbowl Sunday and he showed up in a couple of hours. WOW -this was truly great service and I was amazed. The issue was not the roof but ice build up in the attic from old insulation - our house is from the 1960s. Jeff stopped by 3 weeks later to check up on us- Again truly a guy who cares for his clients. He gave us a quote which was great and even showed up on a Saturday to do the job himself. In the end, Jeff does great work, has fair prices, and I do believe he truly does care about his customers.

Horrible job. Had them come help me get an estimate never followed up for an estimate and called twice to get it checked for my leaking roof. End up no show twice. Will not recommend calling them to get an estimate for my leaking roof.

I just got my roof redone due to hail damage and Jeff with Advanced Home Improvements was so fantastic! He handled the paperwork with the insurance and everything went smoothly. The final product looks absolutely amazing. I am so happy with the entire process.

Poor communication, bad follow up.
