They have done roofing on my house in Magalia and I have a leak that has occured two months after they have worked on my home. I tried calling them to come out and look at it and they have not returned any of my calls. Very frustrating.

Have called for the past 2 weeks. Left messages, talked to JC. Last one was around 5 days ago and was left with a "let me call you when I'm back in the office" but no call back. Not sure how they select their clients, but for some reason I did not seem to meet their criteria... At least letting me know that they can't help me would be nice instead of leaving me in limbo.
