This is the company you go to if you don't want to see drywall in your home again. Mitigation, 2 weeks, drywall.....3 months and waiting. Uncommunicative sales rep. Lied to my insurance about working through nighttime to bank more money. Unacceptable.

After my house burnt down in August of 2017, we chose to work with Kiser for the rebuild. Nick was so kind and helped my family through one of the most difficult times of our life. Then, in March of 2018, my mom passed away, and Scott taught my older sister and me so much about how building a home worked. He was patient with my millions of questions and organized the build beautifully so my sister and I could focus on the loss of our mom. When it came time for picking out colors, finishes, fixtures, etc. he was a text or phone call away when we were confused or needed some advice. Without his guidance, I don't think we would have been able to manage everything. The house will be finished this week, and their work is absolutely beautiful. In a time when some companies would take advantage of a family's loss and grief, these people were so kind and helpful. They even came to my mother's funeral... Words cannot express how grateful I am for these guys at Kiser Construction. Good, caring, honest employees, beautiful work, and excellent customer service. I would give them 100 stars if I was able. LOVED the results we got from Kiser construction! We experienced a horrible flood in May 2018- due to an old pipe under our front lawn- and within hours, a gigantic crew came to reassure us, demolish the damage, contact the city and plumbers/electricians we needed, and packed/stored all of our items that were at risk. We have a ranch-style home so half of our LIVES were in our basement- our kids rec room, guest bed and third bathroom damage made it hard to live without but Kiser Construction put us back together, even better than before. We especially loved the reliability, communication, and full follow-through these professionals gave us. THANKS SO MUCH!!!

I just wanted to say thank you. After having the water damage, I had the pleasure to work with Scott, he made the difference from the start to the finish. Kiser Construction was so nice to work with. When you said you would be there at 8:00 in the morning you were there, every time. Your team made living through the mess acceptable. Thanks guys for the great job!!

Help! that is what I needed and that is what I got from Kiser. Scott, my project manager, Bret and Jason were extremely helpful in making choices for materials to be used on my kitchen floor and entry and my shower. It was winter and I didn't go out much. Scott and Bret recommended LVT flooring for the kitchen and entry. No dimples from my walker or canes and the floor is beautiful. Brandon installed it in a day over the existing flooring. Lots of hammering but the results are worth it. I needed my shower to be handicapped accessible and safe which meant tearing out the preformed shower. I wanted the shower extended and a curved shower curtain rod and curved curb. Jason had started the demo and I had pick up some tile samples. Jason picked up more samples and from one that I picked and one that Jason picked I was happy, but not satisfied. The tile that Jason brought also had a larger one for floors. I am looking at these 2 samples and thinking, " that is going to be one fancy shower, it's going to look out of place". I turned to Jason and said, "How about if we do the floor and the tub surround?" So that's what Jason did. It is beautiful. After I got over the initial WOW! I started to really look at the craftsmanship that went into the project.There are mitered corners, tiles that had to have several angles cut to fit into their spot, and the symmetry, just wonderful. Elegant! Jason is a focused hard worker. I did discover a billing error after the fact and reported it to Scott. It was 2 days later and a refund check from Kiser was already in my mail box. That:s impressive customer service. Everyone makes mistakes it's how you correct them that sets you apart.
