we noticed stain and plaster pealing on our living room ceiling. We called John Beal to give a bid to repair. Josh was great, gave us bid told us what was going on and how it would be fixed. Josh game on the 11th and did the repairs. He was very friendly and polite. I would recommend John Beal to anyone.

Ads may be slightly misleading. I was helping my neighbor out actually on securing this contractor. Work seemed very spread out to get all done. Roof, fascia and siding for her. Once it was done appears to be a good job.

Buyer beware....John Beal will prey on homeowners with insurance claims. I will never use John Beal Roofing again, nor make any recommendation to friends and family. They put a roof on my home in 2014. I handed the employee all the documentation from my insurance company for repairs needed and the employee took "what he needed" to do the work. This is my first home and first claim for damages; my roof was repaired and I even purchased and paid for upgrades. Fast forward to 2019 when a tree fell on my home. I found out that John Beal had skipped over the complete repair and used the monies allocated for my fascia and siding for the roof only and I paid additional monies out of my own pocket. When I contacted them to let them know of the mistake, even taking part of the blame for my personal ignorance of repair terminology, my only request was that they work with me on the items missed from 2014. They would still get full payment for the full roof repair that was a result of the new damage; but they kept telling me they only contracted to do the roof in 2014. My problem is that I provided their agent will all insurance documentation and allowed him to recommend upgraded, which were purchased. I never told him that I didn't want all the work (per my insurance) done, and even had to call another company to fix my patio because I knew that John Beal didn't do patio work. I will never trust them to do any work for me again, and not because the work they did on the roof bad, but because they scammed a portion of my insurance claim check and misallocated the funds.

All lies, no service no return calls after 3 attempts. I truly don't recommend this roofing company. I had a scheduled appointment for them to come out and look at my roof due to wind damage and some missing shingle, they called the day before and left a message for me to call them back to set a new schedule date . I called back the next day left a message no return call, call back later on that day and the next day left messages no return calls. This company is a joke and truly don't value their customers our future customers. I don't recommend them like I said in the beginning.

I have never been so impressed with a group of workers in my entire life. These men are installing a new roof on our home and even though they are not finished i had to take time to compliment them. Their work ethic is outstanding, they are without question the hardest working group of men I've seen in a life time. I would rate them 5 + in every category. They are team oriented, respectful of our property and the price was the best out of 4 bids. John Beal can be proud of these men they are protecting and building his reputation. I would recommend these men to anyone and i never do that.
