I am the chief operations officer for a non-profit food bank. We've been waiting since October, 2018 (80+ days) for a roofing project. After repeated follow-up calls myself, emails, and the down payment remitted, we are still waiting to be "scheduled". If a company cannot fulfill a contract, it would be honorable, ethical, and considerate to return a down payment, suggesting another company with higher qualities of service. Just saying.

I just had a new roof put on our house in Vacaville and used Northern California Roofing. I would recommend them to friends and family. It took a few days to do but we have a very steep roof. Their workers were on there when they said they would be, they had a good work ethic and they cleaned up very well after the job was done and the roof really looks great. My husband and I are very pleased with their work.

The professionalism of everyone associated with this company was extremely refreshing. The representative John arrived for the estimate when he said he would. John even went with us to the city administrative hearing for the permit to replace tile with composition roofing.
