I called New Horizons when our carport roof was leaking and rotting away. They were very prompt and friendly. The replaced all of the rotting boards and put us a new metal roof. A few of the other businesses that gave us quotes had no intention of pulling a permit because they were not liscensed to do work in our area. New Horizon Roofs gave us a very competitive estimate and did everything they said they would do. The crew was respectful of our property and picked up after themselves. Randy was professional from start to finish. We had a leak in a flat section of our roof and they provided a cost effective repair and finished the job in one day which I needed because of a short time frame between renters at the house. After dealing with this group since Oct 2017 - today May 2018 I called a new roofer. The job was so bad that where this group re-roofed my roof still had rusty nails in the roof. How does that happen when they replaced decking. Flashing was installed improperly. I called New Horizon over and over and they caulked and said that should work. Next rain it always poured in still. And I don't mean dripped.
