Do not use this roofer. He installed a new metal roof on my house at a priemium price. The roof has leaked for since it was installed. He did send his workers out twice who put silicon around the rubber boots where vent pipes exit the house. The second time they were out I hear his worker say the boot had a 3” tear and needed replacement but after he hung up with The owner Joe Betduron he added silicon. The next time it rained the roof still leaked. When I called Mr Betduron he said the leak was from a hole in my wall from the ac drain. I told him there were no holes in my wall and that the ac drain exits the house at the base of the house thru a water tight connection. I also told him I tore sheet rock out of the upper wall where the leak is to see exactly where the leek is and that it is from the roof associated with the rubber boot. He refuses to answer calls, return voice messages and stand behind his work and fix the leak. Do not use this roofer.
