Capable of exceptional work but make sure you're familiar with current roofing rates & what your type of roof requires; We received a quote for more than double what it actually took to get my roof done by someone else.

I am not a fan of giving bad reviews and I do not like to publicly criticize because I am pro business and operating a quality business and providing customer service is a hard task . I have had nothing but issues since I replaced my roof and roofing crews have been sent out atleast 5 times in the last 5 years of putting on a new roof in 2013. The “owner” did nothing but yell and scream when he called to discuss my dysfunctional roof and tell me it was my fault and that he would replace it at full cost to me. I didnt get a quality roof when I chose them to replace my roof, I haven’t received quality customer service , and I wouldn’t recommend any business transaction with Chuck Magee- the owner he says - for lack of honesty and professionalism . It is upsetting that I have to post this but unfortunately it’s the truth. Business with them will cause you plenty of grief . He also said that they were one of the 7 companies with platinum roofing designation in the South. I can assure you there is nothing platinum with this section/region of Roof Crafters. Be diligent .

Replaced my roof after a hail storm. Easy to deal with and put on a quality roof in a timely manner. Good company and would gladly business with them again.
