UPDATE: Bruce Tall has fled town with the patio incomplete and no longer pays his employees. He literally is a con man. I will be pursuing legal action against him. NEVER employ. Never trust him. I employed Bruce Tall to build a concrete patio ~300 sqft. He was easy to work with at first and gave an estimate and stated that the job easily can be done between 3-5 days. This was back in April. Bruce since then has responded to about 1 in 10 text messages, he does not answer his phone, nor does he respond to emails. His lack of accountability and his limited responsiveness seem to be his personality and I would highly suspect that he will be just as unaccountable if you hire him. Additionally, he has had extreme delays that can not be attributed to weather but it is just Bruce not getting ANYTHING done. He will use weak excuses at first, but he does not even try to give excuses for his absence anymore. This is just Bruce, an unaccountable person who will never keep you up to date with the project that you spend a lot of money on. At this point, I am still waiting on ONE days work to finish the porch. When will it happen? I may never find out if I have to fire him. Bruce Tall should not be hired for any job, regardless of scale if you want it done within any reasonable time frame. At this point, I would not recommend hiring him at all. I may have to finish my porch by myself due to his lack of integrity/accountability. It has been over 3 months to do a 3 day job.

I sent photos of concerns of an ice breach from our roof. Bruce Tall Construction refuses to answer my phone calls or emails. We had a roof replaced in September of 2016 by them. No issues until the February/March snowfall of 2018. The ice entered under the roof and traveled along the coverings of the beams and out the vents as you can see. I only wanted an assessment and to know what happened and if the roof's integrity has been compromised......again, no reply from Bruce Tall Construction whatsoever. My concern now if future damage, up to and including rot and or mold.

Bruce and his team are excellent to work with! They did an amazing job on my roof. Quick, professional and did I mention there was no mess? I was so surprised! Great, great job!

Dependable, honest, and thrifty!!! Mr Bruce Tall received our phone call and was quickly on top of meeting our needs. We asked if he could get the roof and gutters/downspouts replaced in a week and he had a crew that re-shingled the roof in a day and didn't run up our electric bill, bringing in there own gas engine air compressors (professional job as this was not our first rodeo at all) and the gutters/downspouts where all cut and replaced 2 days prior to our deadline in 1 day as well. Thank you Bruce. You are a man of integrity!

Please do your research on Bruce Tall Construction before you hire him to do a job. Hired him to do repairs after a hail storm in June 2016, and now it is the end of February 2018 and he still has not addressed the issues we had with his work. I feel his work was done with very poor workmanship and quality, and will not stand behind the work he oversees. When he came to look at our house he was very conceited and defensive, but did agree there was issues. Well now he filed a construction lien on us. I would have no problem paying if the work was done correctly and not half-heartedly just to get the job done. This is my investment and I want the work to be done right, is that so wrong of me? Just beware and do your research before you hire him.
