I'm extremely happy with the service that I received on my new windows. They were installed in a timely manner. Allen was quick and neat with his work. Thanks to everyone that was involved in giving my home a new lease on life.
I have gotten a response posted rebuking this problem from the owner. The response claims it was already like this. If this was like this then the rest of the roof should be the same way since the house was built at the same time. I have added a second picture of the other gutters to show a difference. Carolina improvements put a new metal roof on. After a good rainstorm I noticed that one 10ft section of gutter wasn't working. The metal was brought down to far and covered most of gutter. The rest of the gutters are fine only this one section is messed up. 1st call I was told they would fix. 2weeks later they called and said they would fix at my expense. On the old roof this gutter worked and on the rest of the new roof the gutters are working. I am not sure why they messed this one up and then refuse to fix. All she could say was sorry I was disappointed and have a good day. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and QUALITY CONTROL
Carolina Improvements did a wonderful job installing a chain link fence at our house. Very easy to work with, kept us updated throughout the process and the paperwork/financing was quick and painless. We recommend you give them a call for your home improvement needs.
Our new front deck from Carolina Improvements is wonderful. The attention to detail was great and builders were friendly and easy to work with.
Yes!!! Please sue me! 🌝🤸♀️ Looking forward to seeing you guys who responded to my post in court. I did a screen shot of your response. Thank God for technology! Not only have some employees demonstrated dishonest practices, some have demonstrated the ability to be bad liers as well. Yeah...Give me the opportunity needed to expose some practices within your company. Don't take my word for it....call the NC Licensing Board for General Contractors, and ask. Carolina Improvments, is not licensed to do roofing jobs, by North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors. A license is not needed for roofing jobs under $30,000. No recourse via the State if something goes wrong. If statue of limitations have not expired, one may be able to recover money, via, Small Claims Court. Homeowners, do not take any contractor or installers word on anything concerning complete roofing job and or repairs. Be aware of omissions within your contract, which could be costly over time. Verify any and everything! The more one knows about what is to be done and how, leaves one in a greater position. I learned the most difficult way possiable...via experience, which is not the best way! I relied on Carolina Improvements experience...after all... they are the roofing experts... I knew nothing about roofing. Blind trust...not good! Make sure your contracts are complete by doing your personal research to learn about complete roofing installations and check the NC guidelines, and be aware of your city, and state codes. Do not pay in full, any completed job before hiring an independent roofing inspector to insure the job has been done properly within all guidelines....that is ones right as a homeowner and is by far the best insurance one can garner from an independent source who will insure everything is sound and solid. Jack, one of Carolina Improments installers, who represents the company and their standards, has demonstrated a level of dishonest towards my plight, that has been unsettling as well as disturbing!!! Do not blindly, trust this roofing company... you will be sorry! I am in now way, saying to any consumers not to use this companies services, but what I am saying, is this...if one decides to employ, Carolina Improments, just be aware that they are extremely nice when courting ones business until there is a problem, then... some of those representing the company, become defensive in lu of trying to sincerely solve any roofing issues.
