I called for a roofing estimate for a property we maintain in Rocky mount NC. The only thing this company was worried about is payment. A mortgage company owns the property in question. I advised I could give a material check up front or a check upfront as good faith. Not the full balance but at minimum half. I advised him the final payment would be made within 72 hours of completed work. The guy wouldn’t even entertain giving an estimate. Will not do business with going forward. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because he answered the phone when called. I guess that does show customer service

Great customer service and affordable rates. Had my roof done and all cleaned after the job. I will call K&R Roofing and Gutters for my next project!
