Bill, the company president, and Brian, the sales and day-to-day oversight manager, met with us several times, explaining the job and costs in a way that was easy to understand. PROBUILTCO replaced our entire 24-year-old roof, added gutter guards, and made permanent corrections to several longstanding issues. We submitted a claim for wind and hail damage with our insurance company, and PROBUILTCO made a pre-inspection, and met with the inspector at our home. No promises, but the insurance came through. Bill and Brian had the right balance of leaving the inspector to make his own decision while providing the relevant details regarding our roof and their observations. They went over all the pros and cons of the various options and their costs. They answered all of our questions honestly and thoroughly. They corrected a couple of leaks, washed our skylight windows, and did some very minor touch up painting at no extra cost. They replaced our attic fan with a really cool solar hybrid, corrected an improperly installed sunroom roofing system, and made long needed improvements to our gutter system. They were careful to protect our home from damage during construction, and used a portable off-street dumpster to avoid inconveniencing our neighbors. Through the entire process, we felt they were treating us like they would treat their own family and friends. In the end, we got the best looking roof in the neighborhood, and a long-term guarantee on the installation from the manufacturer. We can’t say enough good things about our experience with PROBUILTCO.
