I had a complete roof replacement along with a small bit of siding. I have a roof design that is prone to developing leaks if not properly prepared and shingled, something the builder apparently did not do. When Ben came out to examine the project, he saw and explained the problems to me before I could point them out. He explained how he would address these problems so they wouldn't reoccur. It was clear to me that he was very knowledgeable and up-to-date on materials and techniques. His price for the work was very competitive. I couldn't be happier with his crew and their attention to detail, safety, and cleanup. The men clearly took pride in their work. I give them my very highest recommendation.

Benjamin and his team did extensive work on my home. They resurfaced and re-built my chimney, sealed and painted my whole house. It is synthetic stucco and needs specific expertise: Benjamin has many years with these products as well as color matching. The quality of the work is exceptional. He is very professional, with detailed, written estimates and works on-time and within budget. His prices are quite reasonable and certainly competitive. From the moment Benjamin and David came to give us an estimate we noticed a difference between these guys (Exterior Contractor) and all the many others that came out to also do estimates. Ben and David are very personable, honest, and good listeners. They also gave us the best price out of everybody and believe me we had 5 other estimates. When it came time to do the work they showed up even earlier then they said they would and finished the job in a day! The quality of the work was simply outstanding and they did extra work for us around the house like pressure washing our siding in some spots where algae had taken over. Furthermore I find these guys to be respectful and very hard working. I give the Exterior Contractor my absolute highest recommendation.
