May 2019, Zero stars! May 2017, Todd Leonard, Very Poor Roof Leak Repair of 2ft roof surface (Cost approx $2k) only Redirected rain flow, which constantly leaked behind wall causing black mold, etc. May 2019, he came to inspect to inspect water damage, took my phone up to roof & recorded 5 potential areas rain getting in roof. He Acknowledged On Video Problems He Missed Previously. Stated he would write estimate to correct leaks, put it on his schedule that week But Never Called Back or Returned Any of My Messages or Phone Calls, Nothing ... BAD BUSINESS, NO HONOR IN HIS WORD. I had to Hire Someone Else To Clean Up HIS SORRY MESS.

We had our dry-b- lo deck done by him and it has leaked horribly. I have called and left messages. Finally got ahold of him and he said to send pictures. I did and he never called me back. Have been trying to reach him for no less than a year. He will not call me back to resolve the problem. We paid over $10,000 and no response. We had someone else look at it and it had not been sealed around the guttering so that is the issue. Still trying to get him to respond. Finally resorted to this.

Had my roof replaced, new gutters and gutter guards installed. Excellent work, good price, professional and courteous. Could not have had a better experience! I would recommend without hesitation--in fact, I have already recommended him on two separate inquiries just this week!
