I worked with Nick Larabee and couldn't have been happier. A house we bought had some repairs done to it when we first moved in, but we used a "handyman." Well that caught up to us less than a year later when we started having leaks inside. Nick came out and diagnosed the issue (consistent with other people that looked at the job) and gave us a couple options. We weren't ready for a brand new roof (but we know that's coming), so we opted to do a repair for the time being. He was exceptional, taking pictures along the way and clearly communicating where we were with everything as it involved the construction of a new chimney cap. Knowing that the cap wouldn't be ready for a couple days, he made sure we were protected from the storms that were coming in. The pricing was fair and in line with other companies, but Nick's professionalism and communication sold me. When it comes time do a full repair, we know who we'll be calling.
