signed initial contact post Hurricane Florence on 11/5/18 and gave deposit of $1,128 on that date. Never heard from them at all even after multiple attempts to reach the rep that I worked with. Finally discovered that the rep had left the state and my contract was misplaced. I told them I wanted to cancel but they asked if I would consider letting their Operations Manager come speak with me so I said yes. One 12/5/18 I signed a new contract with Rob Wright. As of 02/19/2019 I still had not received any dates of when they would begin work on my roof. Every time I called I was given the same answer. "We have you on schedule to start in next 2-21/2 weeks". I sent formal cancellation letter to them on 02/19/2019 and asked to have my deposit returned and of course that never happened. I personally would never recommend them for any roofing repairs based strictly on my experience. Just feel there was a complete lack of communication and follow thru and that they did nothing to warrant keeping the deposit.
