We had a wonderful experience with Southern Quality Company from Day 1. John returned our call immediately and came out to scope/quote the job within day. We had a huge leak in the roof of a home we recently purchased that was creating a large hole in the ceiling, so we desperately needed 1/3 of our roof replaced (tearing up shingles and replacing with metal). This was perfectly executed, especially where he had to make the metal meet the shingle portion of the rest of our roof (which is tough to do). It really looks and works great. They even did minor repair work on surrounding shingles that needed it, because they are THAT thorough. He also hung much needed gutters and replaced flashing on 2 chimneys. Although he was 6 weeks out on the list to start the job, he fit us in within 2 weeks with the leaking roof (and growing hole in our interior ceiling) in mind. Dealing with John was wonderful, as well as their pricing process. They are very transparent about costs and detailed with invoicing to include materials vs labor breakdown and exactly every single thing the job includes. The crew is also wonderful! Very nice people who really make sure things are done the "right" way, even when this means spending more time. Due to the age of our house and the previous owner's poor maintenance, there were a lot of issues with rotten wood that added to the scope of work. John and crew did a wonderful job of handling this and really did us "right", making sure I understood what was going on at every step, replacing wood where needed, while being very transparent (up front) about costs, etc. They were very responsive with me through the hole process, including when I asked them after the job to come and tweak one aspect of the gutter. The response to this was immediate and someone came to take care of it on the same day! I couldn't recommend them more and use them over and over again for any size project.
