Pro Tech Roofing did an excellent job installing a roof on our 4k SQ home 6 years ago. Recently we noticed a leak around the fireplace and realized there was a problem with the metal part around the roof on top of the shingles. I have called and left messages everyday for the last 2 weeks with no response for someone to come out to look at the roof, or advise us what we need to do to resolve the issue. I'm sure it is a minor problem, but since Pro Tech installed the roof it would be nice to continue working with them. I spoke with Cindy one time; she was polite and promised to contact me the next day that was 2 weeks ago. I hope we will be able to resolve this issue together, that would be the professional way to handle it. Linda Gaines

I wish there option for 0 stars! These people don't return phone calls, and they have a terrible business acumen. Don't show up when the say they will, and they haven't furnished documentation that I've been asking about for four months! AND my roof is still leaking after four months!

Called them 3 times 2 weeks ago on a Friday morning while leaving work because I needed a few repairs fixed on my roof. Left a voicemail on the 3rd call and never received anything back. I just fixed the problem myself but I thought Id go ahead and do a review anyway. Thanks for nothing! 😑
