My roof was done in one day and they clean up 3 different times. My neighbor had their roof done and they are still picking up nails, I haven’t found one yet. These guys are amazing!

They took care of my grandma’s roof and siding. Super professional and explained every step as they were doing it. Awesome job on clean up! Highly recommend these guys!

I chose Carolina Home Specialists because of the online reviews. I was NOT disappointed. Brad and Ryan came out on a very cold and raining day. We went over everything and our options. They were professional and thorough. We made our appointments for each phase of our improvements. The roofing crew came on time, they cleaned as the worked. We were very pleased with the quality of the roof as well as the clean up when they were finished. Ryan came out after the roof was completed and made sure everything was perfect. Brad, Tim and Ryan stayed in touch with us and answered all my text and phone calls quickly. The siding and window crew came. Douglas and the guys were awesome. They worked so efficiently and cleaned as the went. It was amazing. We could not be any happier with our new exterior and our home is ready for us to live out our lives in. Brad and Tim at Carolina Home Specialists worked with me to replace my roof and gutter system. They made sure that they communicated with me during every step of the process and explained what needed to be done. They worked around my schedule. I felt like they really cared whether or not I was happy with the products they used and their work. When Brad came out to inspect the finished roof, he told me he was unhappy with the repair over my screened porch. He had his team come back out and replace the entire section! I am looking forward to working with them soon on window replacement!
