So glad I had Luna Restoration replace/add gutters to my home this week! Very nice to work with from getting an estimate from Juan to the team who did the installation. The gutters look great and are giving me peace of mind. I would recommend them and would use them again.

First I will start with the positive, the final product looks beautiful and the workers were all courteous and professional. The work took 2.5 days; was started before a rain event so my wife and I worried about leaks with no roof and just tarps; woke up at 6 am on a Sunday morning to someone on the roof and to find their truck parked on my newly seeded front yard so they could check the roof from the previous nights rain; had to work all day on Sunday to finish, and final repairs and cleanup took a couple of weeks more. As someone who doesn't like to see things overcharged, the reason for not giving a higher rating is that it was all about the insurance. I had already received a few other cash money quotes and this company was definitely the highest but I was doing a friend a favor. Within an hour of beginning they started with the change orders. Neither their salesman nor the insurance adjuster checked to see how many layers were on my 1979 year built house and both forgot the roof on the bay window. Really? Whenever I asked what the additional cost was it was "whatever insurance covers". When I asked to keep some of the leftover shingles they asked why. I mean, I paid for them. If I never saw the final cost, this would have been a five, but since I know what others would have charged, this is the best I can do. Costs should be costs, not what a company thinks they can get out of insurance. I know Al and Juan personally but this has strained our friendship.

My roof was severely damaged by hail, and my local insurance recommended Juan, Luna Restoration to install a completely new roof. They scheduled me immediately. Juan has had the same crew for years, a family of 5. The crew arrived by 8.30 and stayed till dark, 7.15pm. For 3 days. They did a very professional job, especially replacing old flashing around my 10 skylites, putting ice protection in all the many valleys, installing new roof vents, and cleaned up afterwords . The nite they finished it rained, and one of the skylites leaked. They were there the next day to fix it . Juan is very easy and knowgeable to work with. He was especially helpful with the paperwork requirements for insurance. I would recommend him with no hesitation. Call him for any repair or new roof

They "cover" it all; residential and commercial. Big or small, or even simple leak repairs, Juan and his crew have the skills and equipment to handle the job. As a Realtor®, I recommend them highly.
