I'm changing my review since Will has joined the Bales Company. Will has been great trying to resolve our leak problem as a result of Hurricane Florence. He continues to communicate with us to make sure we are satisfied customers!

The roofing crew was on time, professional and courteous. They cleaned up every day. Excellent work. Yakir was an excellent advisor and very knowledgeable and helpful throughout entire process. Very professional. My experience was good. I recommend them.

From the moment I called The Bales Roofing Company I have been so impressed. My first contact was with Cheyenne when I called to get an estimate. By the time I got off the phone with her I was already sold! She was so kind and informative! From there Yakir came and took pictures and went over the whole process so I would know what to expect. The next person I had the pleasure of meeting was Will when he came out in the pouring rain to put tarp on my roof to keep any further leaks inside my house. A crew showed up yesterday to start and they worked until dark and returned this morning at 7:40. Two supervisors also showed up yesterday (Brad and Derrick) and they told me they would be stopping by during this process to ensure my satisfaction. I can’t say enough great things about this company! For any and all roofing needs call Bales Roofing Company!!!!! A+++
