David and team did a great job on our roof! David personally inspected the roof before we bought the home and provided a list of items needing attention as well as a quote for repairs. Upon closing, we had David and his team tackle those repairs. His team was courteous, punctual, and efficient. I'll be calling David in a few years when we need a full replacement and will certainly recommend him to others in the mean time!

We had to replace our roof and after getting 5 quotes, we decided to go with Charlotte Roofing Specialists due to their follow up, knowledge of where we were having problems and attention to detail. David took the time to answer any questions that we had and came over personally to lay plastic down in the attic space to protect our belongings. The entire team at Charlotte Roofing Specialists did a GREAT job. David was very quick to follow up and always showed up early. He explained the entire process to us in detail and covered all our concerns about weather, timing, etc. His plans for the process were really well thought out. The team put out tarps over our bushes and lawn to protect from damage, put plastic down in our attic to cover our stored items, cleaned everything thoroughly. I mean seriously thorough! They used magnetic rollers to pick up any leftover nails (most were in the tarps), this was important to me because we have dogs and children. I have not see any nails in our yard or mulch since. David communicated with us throughout the process and the crew was very nice. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof or any repairs.
