Fantastic Company!!!! We were in total chaos when The Building Group arrived to help us with a water damage. Our insurance company had recommended we go with one of their "vendors" at first so we did... Was that a mistake! After a couple of days with this so called "vendor" (I should say their name but I won't) we were totally disappointed!!! To us it seemed as though this "vendor" was working more for the insurance company than us and we didn't much appreciate it! A friend of ours that had a fire in their home recommended we call The Building Group. They also had started out with their insurance companies "vendor" and quickly found they needed to find someone that would care for them and not the insurance company! Am I glad that they shared that with us! This was the first time we had ever experienced having to file a claim and we were stressed! We put the call in to The Building Group and Jan answered the phone. Her professionalism was profound and she said that someone would contact me within 5 minutes of us hanging up. About 2 minutes went by and Glenn gave us a call just as she said he would. We spoke on the phone for a few minutes and he was at our home 20 minutes later. The "vendor" had also gotten out pretty quickly but when I commented on their quickness on getting there they replied "The insurance company requires us to.". At that moment I started to think that it seemed more like they were concerned with what the insurance company wanted than what I wanted. When Glenn came out I really felt as though he had shown up so quickly for me and we really appreciated that! We decided to hire The Building Group instead of the "vendor" and we could not be more pleased with that decision! They immediately had men there working diligently to tear out and dry our home. Their production manager Ed along with their labor guys, Andrew and Alan were extremely professional and always attentive to our expectations. The professionalism from all of the staff at The Building Group was superior beyond a shadow of a doubt. I hope that their services are never needed by us again, however if they ever were we would not even entertain calling anyone else. We would encourage anyone that has had some type of disaster and is having to use their insurance to call The Building Group for help. They were undeniably and advocate for US and not the INSURANCE company!!

I have used the Building Group several times over the past 8 years. From a tree crashing through my roof into a spare bedroom, to small (for them) repairs such as installing roof vents, they did their job with no issues, on time, and on budget. They are the first ones I call for home repairs that I can't do myself.

During an early spring snow storm a huge pine tree fell on my house. Then a week later a second pine landed close to the where the first had fallen on the roof. A representative of The Building Group came to my house the very morning after the first tree fell. He stepped me through the process of how the repair would take place and worked with my insurance company to make sure that everything that was done would match the original quality and attention to detail. I would recommend them to anyone.

I can't tell The Building Group how much I appreciate everything they are doing for my father in law. He is 92 years old, going blind and 100% disabled. A water pipe burst inside his house around 1 a.m. on January 2nd. It flooded his bedroom, bathroom, hall, kitchen, underneath home insulation, heat ducts. There was at least 6 inches of water in his home. Called them at 8 a.m. They were there by 8:30 a.m. with a crew that worked all day, into the night Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. They helped us move some of his things to our home where he is staying while they were working.. The house is dry right now. They got a plumber that came out and assessed the damage and they worked all day on Saturday to get the water pipes repaired and replaced. I could not ask for better communication, and people that care about their clients so much. THANK YOU ALL! YOU ALL DO A GREAT JOB!
