BUYER BEWARE - Sean is a Crook & Doesn't Stand Behind his Work I was renovating a large, expensive home on the lake. My contractor used C & C to fix some roof issues and add on to a garage we built. Not long after the job we experienced leaking into a number of areas in the home. I called Sean to get them to come back and he said the contractor had not paid him in full. First of all not my issue. I paid the contractor and his agreement was with the contractor. He did the work and should have corrected it. I had to pay him an additional $1500 to come back and do additional work to fix the leaking areas. That lasted for about 6 months and one of the leaks re-appeared. Same place so obviously it wasn't corrected well. When I called him back he kept putting me off and telling me he was busy. Told me he was going to send someone out on 3 different occasions and they never showed. I finally got him on the phone and after he realized who it was he hung up. Has never come back out and I had to hire someone else to fix his crappy work. He's a New York guy who blows a lot of smoke about how good he is but in the end he has no integrity and does not stand behind his work. Do yourself a favor and FIND SOMEONE ELSE !!
