They did a roof replacement for me recently (10/22/18 completion) and shingled right over my gutter guards causing my gutters to become inoperable. Rain just goes right over the gutters and falls on the ground bypassing the gutters, or drips from my fascia board. Although they know about this, they cannot seem to find time to come back and fix this, nor to return phone calls to us anymore. BBB is now involved. I added 3 pics of my banged up gutters, and where rain is falling right off the roof...we look like the Beverly Hillbillies....Ross did the work.
