We had some initial scheduling/service problems with PetersenDean, however Mike DeSouza responded with a follow-up call and addressed our concerns in a very professional manner. He has remedied the situation and we will continue using PetersenDean for our roof servicing based upon their expertise.

I haven't had service as of yet. Although doing my research & reading all of the Versatile Programs this wonderful company has plus the positive testimonies I've read. It would be awfully hard to go with any other company. Plus there is a personal reason also. The Pedersen part, my husbands name is Nelsen The Norwegian spelling. Just had to include that!
