Great work at almost half the price many others have quoted.
Horrible. Please BEWARE. DO NOT HIRE PINK HOUSE CREWS. I REPEAT DO NOT HIRE THEM. I hired pink house crews to remodel a home I moved into in June. Communication was okay but I had to constantly email Steve, the owner multiple times for responses and updates. There is no “CREW”. Steve hires cheap labor to do the work that you request and he LIES about who’s doing the actual work. Cheap labor Steve hires and tries to hide it very well. The paint job was probably the only decent thing finished aside from the fact some rooms weren’t even coated more then once. My “hardwood floors” and “trims” are coming apart. My floors are uneven and THE JOB WAS NOT EVEN COMPLETED and if has not BEEN MORE THAN A FEW MONTHS. I wanted a new vanity installed. Can you believe what happens? The mirror FALLS first day of installation, and the sink pipe leaks and still does. Is this professional to you? Then Steve sells my non-payment which I SHOULD HAVE NEVER PAID A SINGLE DIME FOR - to a collection agency in which he was NOT to speak to me again BUT tried to settle with me behind the agencies back. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM STEVE AND PINK HOUSE CREWS. I wasted hard earned money on lowsy work. Never again!
They made my wife cry... Avoid this company at all costs. We needed repairs down within a short time frame and they were one of the only teams available - now we know why. I don't have time to share everything that went wrong, but in summary these were the issues encountered: 1. the paint crew was terrible, we had to pay $2k to get the entire house fix by real painters 2. They often times brought their kids to the job 3. Lunch boxes/bags were left outside 4. The floor crew left boot marks on the floor 5. The project manager barely showed up and didn't finish what we paid for. 6. The answer to every question was designed to get more work (he couldn't clean a tub stain, we had to replace the entire tub...but wife did it in 5 minutes with vinegar) 7. The communication between PH and their contractors was very poor - causing them to call us directly for job details 8. They often showed up hours after the communicated arrival time 9. I shared the concerns with the owner who apologized and said he would come visit -- never heard from him again 10. Due to the combination of all these things/delay we had to postpone showing our home to buyers If you love your family, and value your time, don't use pink crews. Going cheap is very expensive!
A real bad experience. I live in another state. Pink House schedule an appointed time without an agreement of time. I traveled to S.C. for the appointed time.Waited until noon and decided to call because no one arrived or call me. Left message for a return call. Finally Pink House representative called me. He explained contractor was unable to come the appointed day and he would come the next day in the morning. The next day I was little uneasy so called Pink House to see what time was the contractor arriving. Contractor arrives had the wrong shingles and no sheets of plywood. He suggested he could come back in couple day with the right color.I told him this would not work. He left to get the right materials. The roof was completed.A lot inconvenience. I took an extra day off to compensate the schedule day they made. Would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
