To be fair, the quality of their work, timeliness, and professionalism of the crew were great. My issue is with the owner who has threatened to put a lien on my house because I asked him to wait a single day so I can study a confusion I have over the deductible with my insurance agent. Since that threat I asked him not to contact me and promised to pay him within 48 hours. He has now threatened to put a lien on my home and pursue legal action against me for posting my experience here.

RRE is a solid, local, roofing company from start to finish. Ray, the owner, stayed in contact with us which we were not expecting. His crew worked hard, completed it quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. We had a very small window of time to work with and very high expectations. They did it. The new roof looks great. We are pleased with the end result and would highly recommend them.
