Had my roof replaced last summer......it leaks. I talked to them last fall, said they would come look at it but never did and now they won't return my phone calls.

Deceitful business practices. I contracted with CnL roofing for a total roof tear-off and replacement. I had a written contract for a fair price signed and dated by both parties. I received a phone call from the foreman doing my roof, around noon after my old roof was tore off, being told that the contract amount was off and that I would need to pay 3400 dollars more (mind you this is after my roof was tore off). I refuse to pay this additional amount, and I am considering contacting the states attorney to file a complaint. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS, THERE IS WAY BETTER OUT THERE.

Failure to live up to work promised on unclear contracts. Horrid customer service. Upper management lacks the politeness you can find in many other companies in the area.
