Western Products installed a patio door a couple weeks ago. They ran into a couple of problems with some water damage from the previous door. Instead of just repairing the bad spot, they tore out all of the old stuff and replaced everything with new material. I was very impressed with the quality of their work. They were courteous and efficient and worked as a team. I am very happy with the job they did.

Windows look great, stain matches the rest of our woodwork, installer was courteous, efficient , and knowledgeable. We are very satisfied.

The communication about time of installment was not good . We understand things get behind but we were told end of Sept or October. No one let us know there was a delay; we would not have known about the delay if we had not called.

The guy who installed the window did an amazing job. Unfortunately my window was installed a month later than the date I was given. I had to keep calling to find out what where the window was and what was going on with it. I really think they’re overpriced also.

Great company, does great work, friendly staff, friendly workers. If you have problems, they'll come back and warranty the work.
