I would give them a zero. We had a roof done and it is still under warranty. We have been trying for over 4 months to get them to come out and repair leaks. It is one excuse after another. The came out and looked at it 3 months ago, and then never got back to us. We have made repeated contacts to find out when the repairs are going to be done, and Debbie keeps saying she will bring it up with the guys again, but nothing happens.
