Excellent! We worked with both Jamie and Jeff and couldn't be happier. The day I met Jamie he spent over 2 hours going over our roof, gutters, windows, etc. This set the tone! This initial encounter made my choice on who to hire and we received nothing less from them to follow. Constant communication, everything completed timely, no surprises, amazing customer service, super friendly and just great to work with! Already recommending to neighbors and friends and if we have the need in the future we'll be calling Stonebrook Exterior! Even when an unexpected issue came up that could have caused a delay, they were still able to get our roof replaced in one day as had been their original goal. Stonebrook Exteriors did a fantastic job installing a new roof and gutters on our new home. Jeremy, our roofing consultant was awesome throughout the entire process from initial inspection, shingle recommendation, installation and cleanup! Stonebrook’s crew was fast, efficient, and respectful. Really appreciated how clean they left the worksite when they were finished. (Didn’t find a single roofing nail or shingle scrap) We haven’t had any issues with the roof, however I’m confident Stonebrook would take care of us if we did. The finished product is beautiful!
