My criteria for choosing a roofer focused upon searching for one who was knowledgeable, had a skilled crew of hard workers with expertise in their area, access to quality materials, and possessed integrity and character. I chose Versatile Roofing because I felt I could trust them to deliver a quality roof with value added. One value added entailed the ability and willingness to answer my many questions as I needed to be educated regarding the process, not only of the roof, but the ventilation system, the materials, and warranty details. I was treated with respect and felt they listened and responded to my concerns and alleviated my fears associated with this project, all in a timely manner. The laborers proved to be skilled, hard workers who, at the end of each day, cleaned the work site thoroughly.
