Paul worked directly with us and our insurance adjustor to sort out a few missing areas that needed repaired, as well as handling the invoicing to ensure full depreciation value came back our way. Paul kept us updated daily on the process via text message, which was the preferred method of contact, and made us feel like a valued client. Felipe, the site foreman, and his crew did exceptional work. They were able to replace the roof, gutters, fascia and garage door wrapping in under 10 hours. Not only was their alacrity impressive but Felipe was very personable to myself and my neighbors. We all now how ‘old men’ love to observe and comment on work being done. A few older gentlemen made sure to stop by and approve of the work. That speaks volumes when you have the ‘old man’ stamp of approval.
