I needed some additional insulation in my attic space. I called Midland Home Solutions and was amazed from the first moments. Everything Midland said, they also DID! Extremely fast response times to my questions. (From the time I called to the scheduling of a work assessment, 5 minutes elapsed, at most.) Very professional. Very friendly. The assessment was easy, and Todd was fun to talk to. He gave me multiple options that would accomplish everything I needed. He laid out costs and provided all the variables needed to make the right decisions. We set up an appointment for the work to done the next week. And it was done very efficiently, and with a great attitude. The two gentlemen that came to my home were very friendly, polite and even cleaned up the work area better than they found it. The work was all done before I even knew it. I highly recommend Midland Home Solutions!

Absolutely love my LeafGuard Gutters. The install crews did a fantastic job. I had them installed on my home first and then on our garage once it was built. Now that we don't have to clean the leaves and debris out of our gutters we can spend time on other project!

A gentleman came out to give a quote to my mother on leaf shedding gutters and wanted an outrageous amount of money, it came out to be almost 3 times as much as the next guy! I don't care if these things are made out of gold, they are just gutters with a built in topper. Don't let this company fool you with smooth sales tactics, they are way over priced and from what I have seen in other cities not very good gutters at that.

Great product,Great service what more can you ask of a company! By the way this is the second house that I've owned & had Leaf Guard installed gutters.
